The COVID-19 pandemic has not only imposed short-term challenges on most companies, but also challenges that will keep the organization busy far beyond the crisis – a simple return to the old normality is not possible. Kienbaum interviewed 189 managers about these challenges and contextualized the results with the help of further research findings.
